They are super easy to talk to about any concerns you may have during construction. Communication is really important and we felt listened to at all times, and helped with respectful suggestions if you asked for it.

Darren is a very experienced builder with a rare quality – he cares (and worries!) Which is a good thing. He is hands on, onsite, and personally supervises all aspects of the build. This was a determining factor in our selection of a builder and were not let down at any stage.

Core does the Admin work and guides you through all the steps with ease. We were very nervous about doing a new build and honestly, in the hands of these builders, the process was smooth and uneventful. Issues ,relatively minor in the scheme of things arose for sure, but regular contact and patience presided to solve these very quickly.

The incorporation of other trades and trade services, which was handled by Core, ensured that the building process continued uninterrupted. The Bruen Building Team maintained a very tidy workplace. As each outside trade was required, everything was ready for them to commence as planned. It was obvious from the outset that whatever service and/or trades people were involved, they greatly respected the Brucorp management skills and responded accordingly.

Our home required substantial carpentry, and the Bruen’s Team’s attention to detail and patience was exemplary!

Similarly, they expected the same attention to detail and skill application from their engaged Trades/Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.

Our home was completed on time (some 3 months ahead), on Budget and without any sign of undue haste. The Building period of 2024 coincided with a very extended wet weather period which produced significant challenges but these were overcome and the timeframes maintained throughout the build.

In the several weeks that we have lived in our new home, our friends and neighbours have been unanimous in the number of compliments about the Quality of the home’s finish, especially the curved walls.

I didn’t want to be out of the house for long and couldn’t believe how quickly they turned it around.

New deck , retaining walls , new carpet, and flooring, blinds , full kitchen , upgraded ensuite and painted all throughout and more.

All this done in three months.

They have professional connections with other tradies and the house looks fantastic.

It certainly is a family company and they all have the same work ethic- very professional and the end product has to be the best possible outcome, they don’t accept any substandard work.

Not very often do you see a family working so hard together in harmony and happiness.

Corrina’s administration skills, with consistent updates and suggestions, were greatly appreciated and imbued a sense of confidence in us. In addition, she was more than happy to get onsite herself, making sure the site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Darren and Corrina were very patient with us as we had to sell our home in Orange and relocate to the mid North Coast before we could begin to build. You communicated openly with us at all stages of the construction and kept us fully informed of the progress. As a result we can truthfully state that we did not have one instance where we were dissatisfied.
